Handling of Customer Complaints

  • For huge corporates, Complaints and Demand Letters from customers from all over Kenya are numerous and sometimes they can be overwhelming for the Legal Department.
  • We normally will take up the role of responding to Demand Letters and liaising with the relevant officers to have customer legal issues addressed before matters escalate to litigation.
  • We have our duly authorized Advocates in all the Client’s areas of operation, who will respond to letters and ensure action is taken to address the issues in the shortest time possible.
